Do I need a separate server or database for this?
No. The Live Chat AI Agent runs on your existing cPanel hosting using a lightweight PHP backend. There is no need for a separate server, no MySQL database, and no additional software. Google Sheets handles all booking records, so your existing hosting setup is completely sufficient.
How does the appointment booking work?
When a visitor wants to book, the AI agent asks them a few questions - their name, phone, service required, and preferred date and time. Once collected, it adds the booking as an event on your Google Calendar, sends a Gmail confirmation to both you and the visitor, and logs all details in a Google Sheet. The entire process is automatic.
Will visitors know it is an AI and not a real person?
The agent is branded with your business name only and never mentions any AI company name. It introduces itself as your business assistant. If a visitor directly asks whether it is a bot, it can be configured to answer honestly or simply redirect them to contact you directly. The branding and tone are fully in your control.
What happens when the monthly chat limit is reached?
When the monthly limit is reached, the agent politely informs the visitor that the chat service has reached its limit for the month and directs them to contact you via phone or WhatsApp. Extra chats beyond the plan are available at Rs 10 per chat, or you can upgrade to a higher plan at any time.

Starter allows 100 chats at Rs 999 per month, Growth allows 200 chats at Rs 1799 per month, and Pro allows 300 chats at Rs 2499 per month. All prices are exclusive of 18% GST.
What is included in the one time setup cost?
The setup cost of Rs 15000 + 18% GST covers building the AI chat widget, PHP backend, appointment booking flow, Google Calendar integration, Gmail notification setup, Google Sheets log, custom branding with your business name, and loading your business content into the agent. It is a one time charge. The monthly AMC plan starts after setup.
What if my services or pricing changes later?
Content updates are included as part of the monthly AMC plan. If your services, pricing, or any other business information changes, simply inform us and we will update the agent's knowledge base to reflect the new information. The agent will start giving accurate answers based on the updated content immediately.
